Hotel De La Pace, Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western Florence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved being close to the Pine Walk and the center of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely pool area and a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the included breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The bathroom was poorly designed, with a bidet placed too close to the toilet and a tub that was mounted backwards. the cleanliness of the bathroom was also questionable, as the used toiletries were simply moved back to the sink.

The soundproofing could be improved, as we were occasionally disturbed by noise from the cleaners in the early mornings.
